The YMCAs of Québec -Alternative Suspension Social Impact Bond (SVX Platform). Replicate YMCAs of Québec program at 10 program sites in targeted communities across Canada in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and the Atlantic region.
An outcomes-based financing agreement that seeks to reduce the dropout rate and repeated school suspensions by encouraging positive behavioural changes, and anticipates that 1,547 adolescents between the ages of 12–17 will complete the program.
